Called my elderly mother, stating she was a nurse for blue cross and needed to come to my mothers' home to do an assessment. I called back to speak to this " nurse " and she could'nt come to the phone. Left my number and have'nt heard back. Blue Cross does'nt send nurses to peoples homes.
