booking.com imposter (Scam call) reported by


I called booking.com service agents in order to resolve an issue with a hotel reservation. They ask for your reservation no. and pin and can see all your reservation details inc. the last 4 digits of your CC. Then, they ask you to go and purchase a gift card (booking.com or ebay) that will be later refunded to your account. The refund, needless to say, does not happen later.

Made me purchase google play cards and give them scratch code (Scam call) reported by


I was redirected to this number through booking.com. I was supposed to get reimbursed for a hotel and they said in order to do so I needed to purchase a google play card from the nearest CVS. Scammed me out of a lot of money. I have some of the call recorded !

I called another number to get reimbursed from booking.com and somehow they intercepted the call. made me buy a Google card and asked me for the code on the back, gave them and the rest is history. they sounded like from India where should I complaint or report it? that way people won't fall in their trap.

I was on booking.com and I was calling to get my money back because I pressed the wrong date and I didn’t even go the hotel and they told me to go buy a google play card so I did for 200$ so they can put my money back in my card and they took 400$ and keep hanging up in my face
