They continue to call us even though we have a 15 day grace period. Like call me the day before the grace period is up, not 8 days before it is up. I have never been late and know how to pay my bills.

call from the mortgage company. Grace period is until the 15th. Today is the 5th and PayDay. Why the heck are they calling to see if I'm going to be mailing my payment when I paid within grace period since loan was originated! Am I the only person in the country that is paid bi-weekly and there are some variance as to date of month?

Even though you have till the 15th to pay dont wait past the 2nd. or they call to make sure everything is ok. even if you have paid on time since loan started 4 or 5 years ago.
