This number calls all the time it is MNBA trying to upsell their products, currently it is the low % balance transfer offer, previously it has been for insurance on my card - annoying yes but for me at least it is not a scam because I have MNBA cards and they have called before.

They call my house multiple times a day, never leaving a voicemail. When I have answered there’s nobody on the other end of the line. These robo calls are getting pretty awful, I get at least five calls from different numbers per day. Ready to cancel my phone service quite honestly.

I picked up but got silence. Decided to call the number back on another phone with my number blocked out. Got a voice mail indicating it is some company called 247 something something on behalf of MBNA offering some kind of financial services or credit cards or whatever. Bottom line is the robo calling software is garbage, and MBNA is doing themselves a disservice using them because they are probably paying lots of money for each connect and getting nothing. Blocked the number on my phone; suggest you do the same.
