Claims to be from 2 different collection services (Scam call) reported by J Hill
Same name and voice claims to be Rosalyn Russell from Avart Collections or R Strat Collections. Message is usually garbled and difficult to understand. Never says who they are representing, but since I owe no debt, it is strictly harassment, as they call at all hours usually 7 days a week. Sometimes they don't bother leaving a message. I've lost count of all the calls. I even messaged them once to tell them to stop calling me. It did not report as a land line, which is pretty indicative of scam.

Calls EVERY day & leave computerized VM - Even w/ number blocked (Financial services) reported by 38.88.251.xxx
I just found in my voicemails (blocked) a message from this number every single day. Pure harassment. Automated message states Hello this is Rebecca Russell calling from R Strat please contact me or any of our representatives at 888-843-0014. This is a different number than what calls. Even blocked, apparently iPhone / T-Mobile lets them leave a voicemail.
