Collection Agency Scare Tactics (Robocall) reported by


This is a collection agency trying to scare people into thinking that a warrant will be issued for their arrests or that deputies will visit them, etc. Just ignore them, they have no legal power. They called me on a debt that is over 10 years old ! Way past the statue of limitations. The recording went something like this: "Hello this is Allison Taylor, I'm calling in regards to a complaint that has been filed against _____________. If you have any information that would lead to the whereabouts of this individual, please contact the office at 855-581-0128. Our next step will be filing the necessary paperwork within your local county. Thank you for your cooperation or press 1 to speak with a representative."

VM stating that they were going to file a warrant in my county for me if they didn't get the whereabouts of my location. Never heard of this company and they change their number frequently to get you to answer.

I SPOKE WITH ALLISION SAID I HAD A PAY DAY LOAN ON JULY2 2012 AND THEY WERE GOING TO ISSUE A BENCH WARRANT, I TOLD HER I NEVER HEARD OF THEM OR THE COMPANY SHE REPRESENTED THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
