Patient Financial Services Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I came back to change rating after talking to Shayla. I call them to talk about my bill. she was talking so fast, never identified herself. I had to ask and had to ask e times then I spelled her name out to make sure I understood. I asked multiple times who she works for and she was evasive never told me I kept pushing finally she says multiple hospitals give me your account numbers. btw at the beginning of call a recording says they are recording the call and experiencing higher than normal calls if you want to get a call back at the caller id number and not lose your place in line you can hang up. that was just a slick way to let you know they use caller id, a legal obligation, but she failed in conversation other legal debt collector obligations.
