It is Bass and Associates which is a debt collector, who they say is on the behalf of Department of education. The problem is, they ask a bunch of questions to ME when they called ME before they would tell me who they are. It's a fishy way to make your phone calls, I only found out who they were by googling.

Said they were calling on behalf of the Dept of Education. Asked for me by name and wanted my address and DOB "for verification purposes". I would not give that out. Asked what they wanted. Said they could not tell me unless they verified my address and DOB. He said I could call the DoE to find out what they wanted. Asked him to remove me form his list and I hung up.
