Same crap as others have been getting. Student loan forgiveness prequalification. It comes from a restricted number but they leave a message asking me to call this number---as if I were going to. The voicemail notification always comes from a different number.

They made promises that were way too good to be true. Started to ask for banking information thus I immediately hung up. Stay away.

Like others have said, it's a scam. They never address you directly, or what company they work for. I have student loans but definitely don't give into these scammers

Fake Student Loan Forgiveness scam (Unsolicited call) reported by I_H8_Scammers
Like the other comment, I too got a fake student loan forgiveness scam call from this number on the same day. They left a voicemail. Lady claimed to be named sophia with "student health assistance". talked about how I am prequalified for forgiveness program and how the current forbearance is going to "change my qualifications" Now I AM part of a pre-qualified loan forgiveness program- but not one that EVER requires the use of an outside company besides my loan servicer and the government. Also- the idea that the current nationwide deferment would impact my eligibility is just flat out a lie and clearly designed to get people scared enough to call back. IF you look up the fake company name online you can see lots of other people reporting scam calls like this too! DONT ANSWER THEIR CALL OR GIVE THEM ANY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION!!!

Called offering fake student loan forgiveness. (Unsolicited call) reported by Solomon
I returned their call and they hung up when I asked for the person who called me by name. I called back and they hung up after I asked the name of the company or organization. Seems like they try and scam people who are paying students loans by convincing them to give them bank and other personal information.
