Please be advised that there has been several unsuccessful attempts to reach "you" to ensure "our" records are complete and accurate. "We" have documented. Clue #1 There has been several unsuccessful attempts to reach" you". "You" ? "You who" ? They do not identify" who" they are calling. My name is not" you". Clue #2 " We" have documented the attempts to reach "you". At this time it is imperative that "you" contact "our" office. "We" ? "We" who ? "Our" office ? "Who's" office ? No attempt to identify who I am nor who they are. Clue #3 Who calls out with a recorded message ? No one. Ignore the call. Treat it like you would any wrong number. But don't return the call, unless you are able to do so in a recorded message. And do not identify yourself. Use a burner number and state, I'm returning the call as you requested. It is imperative that a real person return this call and state who you are and who you represent. And who you are calling. Otherwise you'll continue to have many more unsuccessful attempts to reach me.

Got this call yesterday & they called from a local number (I live in Detroit). Same info as mentioned above but there are some indications of illegal activity going on here. 1.Doesn't tell you what they're calling about or doesn't give any info about who they are. Very vague. 2. Local number is a setup;They'll leave a message telling you to call the 855 number. 3. Too many indescrepancies when calling the 855 number;They messed up the recording of their voicemail, which is very unprofessional of a "legal services company". 4. They ask for social security number up front without first telling you who they are or what the call is about. 6.Very rude when taking calls, will hang up on you if you are rude back or if they don't get the info they want. 7. Not being racist when I say this but they are foreign, possibly of Indian descent. Heavy accents, & most of these so called "agencies" that turn out to be scammers tend to have thick accents like theirs & can be heard speaking in their own language in the background while you're on the phone with them. Again, very unprofessional. Just block this number & others like it to avoid being scammed.

I phoned this number a couple days ago and got thru to a person who asked if I was another person (I had gotten calls for this person before - it's a new number for me, but it must have been this other persons number before me. I asked to be taken off the list. The person was rude saying we don't have lists and are a legal services company. Today I got another voicemail indicating the same statement (that I need to call this number if I want to have a say before a legal situation is resolved). I got a woman who when I explained I had called previously interrupted me saying in a very rude tone that I had never called before. I protested and she called me a smart allec that "since I seem to know everything will keep getting calls." So I called back and back again and again flooding her with calls and hitting zero when she sent me to voicemail. I finally got some guy who didn't answer the phone but who I overheard saying the name of some woman who had gone to "take a s*** or have a smoke or something." I asked if I was on the list. He said no and asked me if I had called the woman names. I hung up. Flood them with calls, hit zero if they put you to voicemail, be as rude as you can back. This operation is some sort of SCAM. They are not interested in serving any form of justice.

Received 2 voicemails left, both recordings, same female voice. Says it's about a pressing legal matter that will be taken care of without my input if I don't respond. Today, June 19, 2019, a voicemail gets left by a seemingly live female voice with a heavy accent (possibly India Indian) that made the message very hard to understand. She said my name, and something about confirming documents received at my place of employment, and confirming my address, and that I needed to contact her within 8 hours. So weird.

I was called from a local number who then left a voicemail similar to other commenters. They’d attempted to contact me several times blah blah blah.... they’d take legal action if I did not call them back. The caller was a woman, no Robocall but she did not say who she was calling for or what company she was calling from. I’ve only just changed my number so this is definitely a scam and likely an attempt to gather personal information.

Had 2 calls last week stating they needed to hear from either me or my lawyer concerning a court case. Press 1 to speak to an agent. When I press 1, call disconnects. Today called from another cell phone number, left message stating they had called several times with no response and I need to call 855-491-4786 asap or legal actions would be taken against me. I test the cell phone number the call came from, was told they hadn't called me and was in no way involved in collections or billings.
