My mom accidentally pressed the emergency button on her Lively phone and they called to make sure she was alright. If they didn't get a response they would have sent over an ambulance. Makes me feel good knowing my mom can get help by just pressing the button.

Five Star is an emergency urgent care company that responds to emergency alerts from Lively phones. Press the emergency button and you will be connected to Five Star. If they don't get a response they will send an ambulance. Good company, good service.

Female caller stating she was with "Five Star" Urgent Response, calling to confirm a violent call from Richard Shuler [?]. Told this woman there was no one here by that name [and never has been]; asked her what number she was calling, and she gave my correct number. Again, advised no one here by that name. Suspicious.
