Recorded message says, ‘ hi, this is holly jones with the processing center and looks like we have some good news about changes to your student loan. If you will just call me back at my direct line, (gives a different number than the one called from) and give me your reference number, (blah blah bla). Anyway, we have no student loans so it’s totally bogus.
