When I picked up they asked to speak with our office manager, then said our companies owners name and I said they were busy with a patient. Then asked who handles our account when hes busy and told him it was our billing specialist in Florida. I asked what credit card statement they are referring too, said their were too many to count and asked me to grab the most recent statement. I said I do not have access to that our billing specialist in Florida does. Said "have a good day" and hung up.

called saying they were with some sort of merchant services but wouldn't give me the company name. seemed like they were trying to pretend to be with my card processor and trying to get me to give them information. rather pushy. seemed scammy.
