I've blocked this number along with 15 other similar numbers. They are still somehow managing to call me, even the variations I've blocked. Not to mention they were speaking in an Asian language. I am American, born and raise and am not bilingual in any way.

Called stating I owed a debt but couldnt proceed with the call unless I verified my DOB. When I stated I would not be releasing my information over the phone they hung up.

Called as an attempt to collect a debt for $500 with Dish Network. I've never had Dish Network. EVER. Told the guy it was a scam, he argued with me. Told him to send me verification of the charges and I'd have my lawyer take care of it. He said they would. We'll see if they send me anything.

This number has been calling me for about a week stating they have sensitive financial information they need to give me but will only do so after I confirm my real address, date of birth, emails And social security number. If anybody receives a call from this number do not give out any info. They are a trying to get into bank accounts and credit cards accounts! BE WARE. On the positive side; I am messing with them big time and calling them back to bother them until they leave me alone!
