Got call from american line in Switzerland, have account via Germany, at first ignored because highly illogical, rang again and again and again so I blocked it. I have a account, communication can go through that or through the line according to my country code. This was most deffinetly not authentic.

AirB&B (Unsolicited call) reported by


After already receiving ten texts from AirB&B (including during the middle of the night), I was awakened by a male with a probably fake name of John who refused to disclose the location of his call center. I immediately realized that this was probably the Philipines because they tend to lie about their location. He said that he was calling about my AirB&B "case" which was completely illogical. I had booked and subsequently cancelled a reservation with the complete and harmonious agreement of the host homeowner. My reason for cancelling was my inability to negotiate stairs. The matter was effectively resolved within one half hour with both the hostess and myself in complete agreement. Since that time, AirB&B has bombarded me with twenty emails, around twelve texts and several phone calls. The individuals initiating the written correspondence are clearly not English speakers, which always make me suspicious. This was my first go round with AirB&B and it will be my last.
