Multiple calls from this number. Finally answered she told me there were false charges on my account wanted me to download something from the plays store. Of course they are not Amazon she didn't even know who I was and she call me.

This guy called me stating he was the guy I spoke with from ATT in Austria and wanted to send me a router also...If he had looked on the order I already had a new router...But this guy said he was Jacob and and guy I spoke with and I told him NO, as the Jacob I spoke with had NO ACCENT; It was if I was speaking with someone from mid America for the past 1/2 hour. DO NOT give these people any account information!

AT&T Transfer their own customers to wrong # (Unsolicited call) reported by


AT&T transferred one of their customers to me thinking I am AT&T tech support. I work for a rural telephone company in the state of kansas. I have no affiliation with AT&T. I find it quite pathetic that AT&T can't even transfer their own callers to the correct department within their own company.The number showing on my caller ID: 855-419-7365. The gentleman I spoke with was having issues with his AT&T Cellular service, he argued with me that a AT&T representative transferred his call to me. He basically yelled at me because I could not help him. I do not work for AT&T and have no affiliation to their company. Would like to know why they transfer their own callers to a wrong number... so sad :( and the AT&T customer I spoke with was MAD. I let him know it appears that AT&T customer representative transferring calls works about as well as their service.
