I would love too get together with former customers and a good lawyer who would sue them for harassment and robbery. Because that is exactly what they are doing. I have had 4 calls today and 6 calls yesterday they don’t leave message and that is just the past 2 days. They are now AT&T which they were not when I started with them 16 years ago. They have horrible business ethic.

They call me at least once a week to get my business back. Never again. I was a customer for over 4 years and They always charged me extra for **** I never got. constant battle to get my money back. terrible customer no service I think its in India.

Same here. When I began with them 4 years ago, I was paying $85 a month. When I cut them off it had risen to over $220. I tried for a month to get someone to redo my subscription packages, but they refused to talk with me about it, and either disconnected or "transferred" me until I was disconnected. when I was cancelling, they really didn't care, and the attitude was like, "You'll be back". Not anymore. Got a digital antenna on the roof, hooked into the existing coaxial cable plumbed thru the house, and I'm good to go. Just supplement with streaming as needed.

Cancelled service a few weeks back - they call periodically but never leave messages. Finally answered - asked for me but badly butchered my name - based on other comments here and on different scam sites it DirecTV looking to get you back. Don't bother - had their service for years and could not wait for the contract to expire!

Thank You! Been getting this call daily for about three weeks, and wondering who it was. We just canceled DirecTV last month, too. Ugh.

Isn't it absolutely amazing how you are customer me personally have been a customer at till I canceled for over 15 years at the last three homes I've been in but when you call them to ask for a better price or whatever no we can't do this or oh will do this but then they change the price of your bill without notification and you open your bill and it goes from x to an additional $125 on top of x nice I say why would people want to come back again period no thanks DirecTV
