directv has cheated me out of so much money already. i cancelled my service in april and they are still charging me for service. i charge them back. i win. then they recharge me and charge me again. i say i cancelled in april so they should stop charging me. then i'm told they know i cancelled in april and will "escalate the problem" do not give these people your credit card. they are a desperate criminal organization. :(

they call all the time, ph# doesn't dial back out if you try to return the call, today was the first time they left a vm and they just said something about this is why we don't and then hung up
