I've called 6 days today I'M still holding currentl'y 48 minutes (Call centre) reported by Patricia
This is the 6th business day I've called. I'm on hold and have been for 50 minutes now. It's almost impossible to speak with a representive. I feel this change drastically reduced quality. I'M calling 1 of their mandatory rules that is time sensative,yet another of their rules. AS I previously mentioned this is day 7 I've called finally put on hold and it's now after business hours and I'vé now been holding 59 M and 48 second!
