I received calls with VM from this number. Have repeatedly reported them to the FTC because they continue to call after I asked them not to. The calls will stop for a month or so after filing a claim with the FTC. Then they start back up, calling at least once a week. I want to stop ever receiving calls from them

asked the rep from Signifyhealth, a sub contractor for Humana, to take my name of their mailing list. I will let Humana know if and when I need health assessment help from them. I see my primary physician and 2 specialists. I don't need any more conversation with a Doctor of their choosing.

Humana's Home Visit CRAP (Telemarketer) reported by


Many have said that they are familiar with Humana's practice of having a doctor or nurse come into their home. Someone even mentioned they will bug you to death until you scream at them. Another mentioned that this is a mandatory program. I do not know if it is mandatory, but I do know that politely or even rudely telling them to stop will only stop it for that year. I have been through this over and over again with Humana. It has come to the point that I have used foul language. I not only don't want some stranger in my home, but I don't want any unnecessary person having access to my records nor do I want any unnecessary phone calls or home visits. I have many health problems. I see many specialists. I also have an advanced education. What good to me is someone who doesn't know me or my situation from Adam's off ox? The only way to avoid this problem, in the long run, is to block the call. BLOCK IT I tell you. And if Humana emails you or anything like that, then them have it. They can't kick you off the insurance for not having the home visit. You can not be forced into this. Block the call and ignore them.

They are contracted through Humana to do at home health assessments. I used this service. The nurse was very nice. Answered a lot of questions l had about some tests l just had done. She went over all my medications. She said a report would be sent to me and my PCP, but neither of us ever received one. This is the only negative about it. It is a good service if you live alone, can't get to the doctors often or have a lot of medical questions. By the way, l called Humana, and they said they would send me a copy of the report, however, l have not received it yet.

They claim to be calling for an in-home physician's visit for Humana. They leave a message the first time they call and then, after that, there is no message, nothing showing on Caller ID, just heavy breathing and then they hang up. I don't want this jerk in my home! They must be kidding. This puts elderly people at risk.

I understand it's part of my insurance & a benefit: No means No. Very simple no, quit calling me. Today would have been the 9th call & 4th time I informed them NO.
