I filled out an online request for more information on one of the University of Arizona Global's degrees because I couldn't find the list of required Gen Ed courses. They began calling me immediately. They have called me 7 times today! I finally answered, and I told the girl I just wanted a list of required Gen Ed courses, and she told me she would transfer me to an advisor, but instead of transferring me, she began asking me a ton of questions - do you have a high school diploma?; have you taken any college courses?; how many credits do you have?; what is your email address? I told her I felt as though I was speaking to a telemarketer. I think I will pick a different school to finish my degree based on how they handled my inquiry.

Same, I accidentally was signing up for it because I was looking for FASFA. And I didn’t even finish the application and I got a call. I just hung up after the first question

I received the automated call in response to a conversation I had with them, a very personal emotional conversation and I find it very strange getting a call back later asking me to "rate" that conversation! I looked back into my call log and realized that same # has called me multiple times over the last 6 months BUT in wanting me to rate conversation I had with other co. So this exact same rating Servise is used by multiple companies

It’s usually a voicemail to rate their call. This time it’s was an Indian guy distracted by his kids and he told his kid to tell mom to wash it. Then he realized he didn’t start the auto bot and hung up.
