I've been receiving faxes from this number for months. I have attempted to have my fax number removed by contacting the number listed at the bottom of the form. This has not happened. I finally decided to call and speak with an "agent." When I told the agent that I wanted my fax number to be removed he said "Suck my di*k!" and then hung up on me. If this was a legitimate company they wouldn't say something like that to a prospective customer.

Probably telemarketing, I don't know such number or similar, my caller ID provided me with no info for this one, no idea whose number it is...? It reminds me some payed numbers so I don't wanna call them back, let's see if they call again... Did someone answer this number?
