this number has called me so many times. its to the point of harassment. are the Credit Bureau of Canada collection. They are calling on behalf on BELL MTS. They call from many numbers. Its to the point that I don't answer my phone anymore. I owe money to Bell MTS, but i am fighting it. I told the company not to call me again, and that I was taping the call, its brutal. Shame on Bell MTS!!!

Rude, never said clearly the name of the company. Supposedly a Bell Canada debt collector. Unprofessional and pushy, they hung up on me as they were not getting the info they wanted. Never sent a letter, just phone calls and threats. Do not go for it and if you can, report them. I'm surprised that Bell hires and pays agencies like that - if it's true.

Left a message with a claim number and stated I only had one opportunity to call, but clearly got my first name wrong. Clearly a robo call. Never mentioned the name of the company, and the voice message was cut off, as if it was pre-recorded. Had it been a real company or a live call, they would have mentioned the company name and continued the voice message when propmpted. If you decide to call, make sure you do some research for the real company number and and go from there. Good luck. I hope these scam calls start to get prosecuted for harassment.

they call me saying that i owed money to Bell Canada.... i've never had any acount with bell canada and i even call them to make sure that there wasn'T any acount created under my name without me knowing... I dont know you is actually behind this call but I asked her twice to repeat the name of the company because she was talking to fast and she starts being a bit** and only said that I should of listen the first time. Whoever is this, I really don't think a legitimate company would act like that !

Got a call from this number. First time I answered they claimed to be from the CRA collections and the second time I answered they claimed to be from the Credit Bureau of Canada collections. They said that I owed an outstanding amount of over $1000 for a Bell Canada bill. All the information they had was my full name and phone number but were not willing to offer any account information. I called my local police and they explained that the best way to determine if there was any identity fraud is if there is any changes to your credit activity - you can check this with Equifax and Transunion ( you will have to answer some security questions. have your credit info and social insurance number handy for security questions when you call them)If there hasn't been any irregular activity, then whoever is calling from this number is trying to get you to give out personal information to commit fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION besides what they already have. If there has been any fraudulent activity going on, then you have to contact the company that its with (so for example maybe someone got an RBC credit card in your name), you would have to call RBC and let them know that it wasn't you and go from there. (FYI the CRA and Credit Bureau are not going to be calling you, they will send a letter in the mail before taking any other action. That would be your first tip that something is not right) Hope this helps!

there not a fraud company they are a agency that works with outstanding account with Bell Canada....call bell canada they will tell you CRA is there 2nd collection department company. I also called the fraud prevention of Canada and they to told me there a legit company and are allowed to call since there is an outstanding bill.
