Received the letter saying I owed $900, and the number is 855-269-4620, which is a scam phone number, and they are using zendesk.com in addition to make the company look legit and that you owe money.

I'm Deaf and have my voicemails transcribed, but I'm guessing there was very poor message quality, as it left me with an incomplete transcript. Something about a membership and to call them back - at a different number than they were calling from - and to 'have a healthy day' at the end.
