Spectrum, They're also known as Charter Communications and they're a cable television, WiFi and mobile phone company. Used to be Time Warner Cable.

Received request to dial to number via email. Verified with separate call to Spectrum support (as listed on Spectrum page, not email) that this is a valid number for Spectrum Offline Support. Email to me was very suspect because it was vague and by dialing back to this number the voicemail box was full and redirect to operator was glitched. In the end it is a valid number for handling odd situations like post office returning your bill as undeliverable.

I have had an ongoing discrepancy with Spectrum for quite awhile. Thie call was from Spectrum Offline Customer Services. I really appreciated the professionalism, help, and follow up she provided to clear up the disagreement. I would love to give her a public thank you and some recognition but I never asked her permission. I appreciate all your help and the resolution you were able to provide. THANK YOU!
