"Google" employee scammer (Scam call) reported by C.M.
A man so called "Robert" called my boss and said he was a Google employee. And that her email had been hacked, he then was persistent to ask for personal information. My boss isn't very into technology, but she knew something was not right with the phone call, so she told the man she was going go take her computer to bestbuy and he immediately hung up the phone. Later then some of her friends and family recieved emails from my boss's email and they were viruses.

Hacked email scam (Scam call) reported by J.U
So this guy with the name Robert called and stated my yahoo email had been hacked. I was at work when he first called and I asked him to call back later that evening. He called that evening and told me he worked for yahoo and my email had been reported as a hacked account. He told me to get on my computer and started directing me to do things in order to remove "the hackers" my system. Very quickly I knew this call had nothing to do with my email but rather the re-programing of my computer. I realized it was a scam, so I asked for his information to verify that he worked with yahoo. He have me the 1-855-255-4333 and a ext. number. I had my husband call from a different number, and act like he was calling the number back from a missed call. This same guy then gave a different name, and since my husband said he had a gmail account, he then said he worked for google and his account was hacked. After my husband wasted a lot of his time playing with his mind, he revealed that he knew he was a scammer. He went on to tell the man he should be ashamed of himself. "Robert" said he wasn't ashamed, and that he was able to take over people's computers and access all their information and bank accounts very easily doing this phone call. He bragged that he was able to make thousands of dollars daily doing this... so please careful everyone!!

Thick Indian accent man with J. J. name. Asked for my son. Gave me his email. Said hi email is compromised. I get into it fine. Not the first time I have rec'd this call. They are getting good. It is a scam, however. As usual.

called from 909 125 9811 telling me that my att e-mail was infected with a virus. I told him to give me a call back #. He gave 855 255 4300, name Robert Robinson.

called claiming they were from aol claiming my acct had been logged on ftrom two different states ive never been to.claimed they could fix the problem if signed on to the computer. asked for verification of their identity -they gave me a phone number other than the one that showed up on caller id number on caller id is 9091258907 number given me is 8552554333 with an id # of MSR1051. name given was Robert Robertson i cant find this info anywhere so dont know if its legit or not
