This is a call back number. When called they ask for your current virus soft ware and ask if you are on your computer and want to cancel or renew your virus service. If you are not currently on your computer or have it turned on, they request you do whichever. Do not give them any information that identifies you or give them information from your computer or by clicking on internal links or going to any web site they ask you to type in and contact... If you continue to not give your information, they then ask you to hold for a moment. I suspect this is so they can look up your telephone number and the names of individuals residing at that number. In my case, they mentioned my mother who used my address and phone for contact information during the last five years of her life, while residing in a constant care facility when I was managing her affairs. (My mother has been dead for 9 years). Bottom line, this number is a scam to first gain access to you computer and to get your money fraudulently...
