First, the call comes up as UNKNOWN. Right there it's known: SCAM! They (FOREIGN INDIAN OR MIDDLE EASTERN) calls (but are clever enough to use a prerecorded message of a female who can speak English) saying they are calling regarding a scheduled appointment for the issue you reported to Comcast. There is no issue. Nothing reported to Comcast. It's all a scam! If you call back they will call and call you. WHO, in their right mind, would ever believe this?

when you are not very well informed or u don't have any idea about what u are saying, this number belongs to the ADVANCE TECHNICAL TEAM OF HOME SECURITY, if u don't have any issue u can just say there no issue , what is scam call , scam call is breaching of your privacy and trying to steal from u , i know where this point is coming from , but are stupid enough u can't understand it , EVERYONE EXPEXTS US BE NYC , BU NO BODY NOWS THAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH STUPID PEOPLE LIKE U , WHO MAKES OUR JOB ALOT HARDER THAN IT IS ACTUALLY
