I received several calls a few days in a row, as did my husband. Like others said the recording changes each time they call. First time was a pre recorded message telling me they received a fax regarding a complaint filed against me, then provided a case # and a phone number. Next call said judgement were made against me and I will be pursued at my home or work and that I had been legally notified. Tried to call the number back and got a recording for a William Jackson, where the man stumbled over what he was saying and spoke so fast/unclear to not identify who he was or what it was regarding. Does not seem legitimate to me

It was a prerecorded call first saying there were civil matters filed against me and to press 1. I did and spoke with someone that told me I owed 400 dollars for a credit card I've never had. They said if i didn't pay all my credit cards would be cancelled and my car loan would be revoked and I'd lose my vehicle. All over apparently 400 dollars...

When I answered it was a recording stating that I have pending legal matters against me they will pursue my work and home since they cannot reach me by phone. After that it said to speak with a live representative press 1.so I did and gave her the name the case number and she said it doesn't even pop up. The used my married name that I have not had for almost 16 17 years.this has to be a scam someone just looking for numbers.

Received several calls in a row for a week straight. It may be legit, but the calls were not for me they were for my brother. The messages changed slightly each times as if they were trying to say anything to get a return call. The number has been blocked.

This was a pre-recorded voice with my name inserted in and stated a complaint has been filed against me and has papers to serve me at work or residence. Gives a number to call and a file number and states I have been officially notified. Not sure what it is but a recording doesn't seem a legit way to let someone know a complaint has been filed against them.
