She asked me to confirm personal information. I did not comply and she said that she cannot give any information about the call if I do not confirm the info, so I hang up. They're scammers, they're trying to get personal info for identity theft.

Received a phone call from a man asking for personal identifying info , when I asked what company he was representing he would only tell me it was personal and id have to give him my info before he would tell me. I called the number back getting someone different and this person also wouldn't tell me what the business did

Keep calling me, finally answered. line was silent for about 30 seconds, then someone with an accent says the call may be recorded for quality service...and then stopped talking like they didn't know what to say next.
