I returned the call by using the real Comcast number and was told that no equipment needs returning. They said it's a scam and DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO about your accounts to them.

It's a scam! Asked about returning Comcast equipment. I'm still with comcast so it seemed weird. It said reference acct #... and I looked up my acct# and it was wrong... NEVER call back the number anyone provides in the voicemail. Always call the REAL Company's phone number so you know you're not talking to a scammer!! Notice when all of you googled the number it took you here and not to a comcast website
