All over the web people are reporting this as a phishing scam. It is NOT a scam, and you should pay attention to it. In my case it was from "Shazam" and for our protection they needed to verify some strange (out of country) purchases we made. If you block them you'll increase your exposure to REAL scammers. So Shazam isn't a CARD, it's a SERVICE used by your bank.

I kept getting calls and texts that there was a fraud on my account and there wasn't. In fact, I tried calling the number to see what would happen. They left me on hold for over 5 minutes and I just hung up.

Stating I had potentially fraudulent charges on a card and wanted me to verify if I had made them or not. I don’t even own a Shazam card. So I feel like this is a phishing scheme in itself! I am blocking this number.
