I can tell you for a fact that this company is googling people and calling the people they find associated with the person they are trying to scam. This is terrible because my daughter is adopted but somehow google has her associated with her biological mom and these people started calling the birth mother and it has opened a large can of worms. Had I known this would have happened, I would have changed my daughters name. They keep telling her that they are going to take her to court for fraudulently taking out a payday loan. My daughter didn't have a clue what they were talking about so she asked them to send the information to her new address. I told her to never do that again. They were rude and told her that they will send the information to the address they have on file and that they don't care if she gets it or not, and that she can explain it to the judge. This has gone too far. I believe that once the phone companies learn of the scam they should do a universal block on the number.

This place is calling my job a few times a day. I have called back and keep getting a full voice mail message. Finally I talked to the guy a few days ago and told him whatever this is, is included in my CH 13 and not to call my job. He stated it was for check fraud from a payday loan I took out in 2011. Well it's not. And if it was it has been filled in my CH 13. He said they have me to go before a judge, I said FINE! He asked me if I have my discharge papers. I told him yes and he said something about he wish me the best of luck and hung up. YET he called again today at my job and was transferred from another co-worker. PI..ED to say the less.

Scammer pretending to be from online payday loan company, saying Im going to jail for chk faud if I dont pay then over the phone today, asked them to send me proof of debt by mail.....just got angry with me, cursing, refused to send papers, and threatining. NOT REAL, JUST A SCAM

I'm getting the same thing. like 7 calls a day. She is threatening me with paper work and courts. saying that I took a payday loan out?? I owe $460? Never took a pay day loan out. Is this a scam? can I report it?
