This number (1-855-211-9383) has been calling my cell for almost 2 1/2 years now. I have no clue what they want or why they’d be calling me. I have never answered my phone when they call, just let it go to my voicemail. They have yet to leave me a message, which doesn’t really make any sense to me since they obviously have been trying to contact me for 2+ years. You’d think at some point I would’ve been left a voicemail but not a single one has ever been left and for that reason alone it seems quite a bit shady.

Tried to get me to make a payment on a surgery from 2 years ago. Could not answer my questions. Got a bad vibe and asked to speak to a supervisor. Transferred me and no one answered. Very certain this is a scam as all of my bills were fully paid years ago.

Bogus Debt (Debt collector) reported by


They were calling on behalf of a bogus debt claimed by Raleigh Pathology Labs. This lab is a shady outfit. They stay out of insurance networks on purpose so that they can bill patients excessive rates. Even after being reimbursed at in-network rates by insurance, they hound the patient in an attempt to get more money. I told the debt collector to tell Raleigh Pathology Labs to go stuff it.

Called regarding billing issue for a medical procedure I had done.

Very nice people and only took what medical insurance paid me with my co-pay; rest was written off. Cardiology Interpreters read my EKG while in the hospital. Nor a participating provider for my insurance so they followed up after billing my insurance since payment was directly sent to me with only the Dr's name.
