Recived a call from 3172109590 a woman left a message saying she was compliance officer and that she had a potential law suite and that I needed to call 8552106434. Also would serve court order to work and home. This is the 2nd call in 2 days sames message but at the end she stated " good luck to you"

Wanted to know my information for a payment for a debt. Said they would be sending court documents for me to go to court. Told them to go ahead and send them. I feel like I get calls like this atleast once a year.

Fake debt collector, threatening with court papers. (Scam call) reported by


Called saying they were a compliance officer named Luke Thompson and need my signature for a court document or summons and would be coming by my house today (named my actual street address) between 2 to 3pm. Claimed they also had my place of employment (I’m retired) and would be stopping by there as well. Said I would need a witness to sign and a valid ID. Left a number to contact 855-210-6434. Please, nobody fall for this! They make it sound very intimidating and have information on you that anybody can pull up on the internet. Do your research first before falling for these fake fony frauds. These people are leaches and pray on the weak. BTW they never stopped by my house either. Good thing because I would have exercised my 2nd amendment rights accordingly :)

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... People please did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?
