Spectrum Survey (Survey) reported by


This number claiming to be a Spectrum partner wanting to survey me about my recent installation have called non-stop since the day my account went active. They've called as late as 7 PM, always call twice a day, and never leave a voicemail. Telling them I refuse their survey or to stop calling does not work. When I ask for a copy of their opt out policy they hang up on me and call again later. I don't know that they're actually a Spectrum partner as their behavior is extremely suspicious. The timing of when the calls started and their spam like tactics give me the impression Spectrum is selling customer data to spurious sources. I recommend blocking this number.

I had changed an installation date and the way they did it was to cancel one order and create another. So this was probably a call to try to change my mind about canceling. Maybe sweeten the pot :)
