I answered the call the first 2 times and did speak to a person and decline their offer to come to my home. They now call from 724-471-5176 and the recording is always the same "Jackie from Matrix (Highmatk) this is not a sales call, Yada Yada Yada. They have called me 18 times (EIGHTEEN) since May 4th. I called the 855 number today and in a not nice way to them to stop calling me. I only confirmed my phone $ but they were trying to get my address, DOB & SSN. They told me they would take me off the call list and this better work or I will be forced to file harassment charges against Matrix & Highmark. I'm sure it would be a class action suit because they are harassing lots of people.

They left a message indicating I was eligible for a home health care visit. I contacted Aetna and told them I didn't need it. They still are sending snail mail and calling me. Matrix is the company soliciting

Matrix medical works with your insurance company to provide a in home office visit. They can not treat you medically, they will listen ask questions and give a diagnosis. They turn that information to your primary care doctor. Look them up, it adds so much more in premium that we all end up paying for. If you are homebound then a good option. If not go to your dreams as you normally would and cut out the middle man. Before I spoke with someone, they called numerous times, bordering on harassment. When I did finally spOkeechobee with someone and declined the offer, it reminded me of buying a used vehicle. They take it personally and want to know why,a simple no will not do it. I called my insurance company and advised them to not give my information out to anyone.
