So I usually just let the number go to voicemail, but they didnt leave a message so when i called back the first thing they said was my first name only and stated they wanted to give me an insurance quote. They would not even disclose the company. It felt wrong, they want my information. So I hung up, if they were my insurance they would have my whole name and address. I will not disclose anything over the phone

This number called me and addressed me as "Roy", not my name. I've had this number 12 years and it was not a "Roy" that had it before me, it was a Daniel lol. A female at this number went on about a service I requested as "Roy". When she finally figured out she did not have "Roy", she insisted I contacted them on behalf of "Roy" and wanted to keep talking to me. Weird. No concept of having a wrong number and rude about it.

This is about car insurance at first very friendly, then very rude and hung up on me! Shows out of Pensacola but in reality out of Jacksonville I wouldn’t answer again????!
