Called me "about the $60,000 I owe on my mortgage." False, I don't have one. Falsely claimed I'd made an inquiry about refinancing my mortgage. This company is commiting consumer fraud, plain and simple.

Kept calling so decided to answer they asked if I still owed money on my mortgage. I said I wasnt interested wouldn't take no for an answer. So I said I cant talk cause I'm at work. So he decided to cuss me out in spanish!!

Person on phone said they were asked to call me back. I asked who asked to call me. After being taken off guard, he stated that I made a mortgage inquiry in the last 6 months. I asked to be taken off this list, that I didn't want to be called again. He then started into his script about my Interest Rate and I hung up on him.
