I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU EXPERIAN WHO ARE FRAUDS. THEY DO NOT CHECK YOUR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR THAT THE CHASE WAS GUILTY OF FRAUD UNDER THE FAIR CREDIT ACT. EXPERIAN ONLY CHECKED WHAT THEY WANTED AND DID NOT CHECK MY SIDE OF THE STORY WHERE AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR SUPERVISOR TOLD ME NOT TO PAY THIS DEBT CAUSE IT WAS A SCAM AND FRAUD. EXPERIAN VIOLATED ALONG WITH CHASE ARE GUILTY, OF NON INVESTIGATION AND THE CONSUMER IS ALWAYS GOING TO LOOSE WITH ONE SIDED REPORTS

This fraud collectors called my cell phone. MESSAGE ON PHONE SAYS SCAM ARTIST BLOCK AND OR BLOCK AND REPORT I BLOCKED AND REPORTED THE CALL. I WAS GETTING EMAIL AND NOTICES I OWED CHASE MONEY FOR UNPAID CHARGE CARD. WITH AMAZON. I WENT AND WROTE AMAZON CUSTOMER SUPPORT LADY SAID DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD IS NOT OWED. THE SUPERVISOR OF AMAZON SUPPORT VERIFIED THE SAME DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE. WHEN CALLED BY THESE PEOPLE I SAID THEY WERE SCAMM8NG ME. THE LADY SAID IF ITS A SCAM I D I NT NEED TO PAY. I SAID IM TELLING YOU CEASE AND DESIST THIS FRAUD ACCOUNT AND IM SAYING THIS IS A SCAM. THEY REFUSED TO VERY I HAD THIS IN WRITING WITH 2 PEOPLE IN AMAZON AND FLIPPED THE INFO TO THIS FAKE CHASE WHO IS ALSO PART OF THIS FRAUD AND DID NOT DO THEIR JOB. I REFUSE TO TALK TO THESE FAKE PEOPLE.

Asks for different people when I answer. No one who uses this pho (Nuisance call) reported by


I have blocked the number several times. Calls come sometimes at 8:15AM. First time I told the person it was too early and she said, 'Sorry I'll call later' I have answered a few times...sometimes no one there, other times asks for 1) myself but gives no info or 2) asks for someone else in house who never uses this phone number. When I say this person does not use this phone she says "I'm sorry I will take this number (or name)off the list ,then call with another name. They call daily never leave a message and have been calling for about 3 months. Sometimes caller ID says JPMOrganChase and other times just Chase. I have reported this to Chase Fraud who confirmed I have never missed a payment and told me to email [email protected].
