Same as others, Windows user needs to return call and press 1 for technical support. Pretty sure Microsoft is not making calls to their millions of users.

Same claim - Computer has been infected by third party. Press one to connect to Microsoft for solution. He was upset when I would not give him information, especially when I said that since he called me he should have the necessary information. Very poor English, heavy accent, and a "tinny" connection. Definitely a scam!

Someone calling from this number left a computer-generated voice message saying that my Microsoft Windows software was being compromised by a third party, and that I should call them back to fix it or my computer would become unusable. The odd wording and grammatical mistakes, and the absence of any information specific to me, made it obvious that this was a scam.

This number showed up on my cell phone and i called it back and a woman from india answered saying my computer is sending a virus to other computers and asked for my name i said why do u need my name and she said cuz u used your name when u setup windows on ur laptop and i said i wasnt using a laptop and she said just gibe me ur name and i said no u dont need my name and she said hold on ill look into it and she hung up !!! Fu*ing scam artist dot heads !!!im gonna call microsoft now !!!!
