They called to talk to me about a "impending insurance bill on my vehicle." I told them, that I haven't owned a vehicle in almost 8 years. They didn't even apologize or offer an explanation they just hung up on me.

I have received numerous calls from this number (local, but not recognized). I usually ignore this type of call, especially since they never left a voicemail message. Getting tired of receiving these calls, I answered today, and only heard clicks in the background. This is clearly a call from a telemarketer.
