Same foreign male voice claiming to be a attorney. He said I took out a loan from American payday loans which I never have. He said he was sending a supeana to my home I told him I have a fraud alerts on him because he's already tried that scam on me. Nothing legitimate about these people report to the authorities.

They said I had to call there law office back at 845-201-7751 to talk to a lawyer named Thomas Compton and Ron Douglas. If not cops would show up at my house in the morning and arrest me. Definitely was a foreigner on the other line and when asked for more details he said I had to call. Said I don't have time for this and think this is scam because I have a lawyer. He got upset and cussed at me and said he wont talk to a **** criminal like me anymore and cops would arrest me tomorrow morning.

Heavily accented ? Asian? asked to speak with my husband. When I asked what the call was regarding he replied that my husband was being sued by Thomas Compton and that he needed to call his boss before the police came to arrest him tomorrow morning. I tried to ask a question and was told that he was not my servant and did not work for me. I told him that if he was legitimate that he would listen to, and then answer my questions. He replied that he would not speak with a criminal. I told him to f off and hung up. He immediately called back and left a message that we were to meet him and his boss tomorrow at the court house and that we were going to be sorry, tomorrow morning.

This Indian or whatever accented individual called and stated that I had taken out a cash loan from American cash advance and never made an attempt to pay them back. Funny, I have only had one loan in my life and it was for my car and through my financial institution. He asked if I had an attorney. I laughed at him and told him to shove his lawsuit up his a** and hung up. They have also contacted my daughter, who is not old enough to have a job yet and tried to tell her she is going to jail for tax fraud. where the hell do they get their information from. I hope they call back. this individual is in for a rude awakening.

When I explained to him for the third time this is my Attorneys name and phone number please contact him if you want to talk with me. “He said god help you if you didn’t talk to my boss” Then said “you will be arrested tomorrow” I laughed at him and told him he should be the only one worried about this matter.

Threats of a criminal lawsuit (Scam call) reported by


A voicemail was left in very broken English, accompanied with a heavy middle eastern(?) accent, saying he had papers of a criminal lawsuit that he is going to forward to the police dept. he used my name, but did not state any “charges” and said that I will be arrested at my home address (not provided) and/or my employer (also not provided) I called back to tell him to fk off and not call me again, but was sent to voice mail after 1 ring. Go figure.
