Called thinking it was apple and “GARY” told me a M. W. has been charging my account for a year and a half now and the total came up to $889 and they wanted me to buy a apple card from the store and put the money on the card and provide them with the card number so they can take the money and send it back as fraudulent charges, it’s obviously a scam. 844-990-1999 DO NOT CALL, you will find the number off google when you go to look up the apple phone number. If you want apple then go to their website and go to the bottom of the website.

I think this # is a scam and I think they got me for $1,000,they ask u 2 get iTunes cards or google play cards to put money on so they can create a google wallet so they can create a gateway to refund your money on to your debt or credit card,they some how get info about u or your account prob from your phone # or your Apple I d or password so they sound real like Apple but the name they gave sounds fake,peter stone..meanwhile they sounded very Indian or Pakistan or something like that but u give the info from your Apple or google cards and they keep saying u need to buy more,coming up with all these reasons,they probably have the answers written down or memorized..I was on the phone with them for 4 hours,finally it was 9pm and they claim the department was closing so they couldn’t fin the claim unless I bought one more card so I told them I wasn’t buying anymore cards and that I felt luge I was being scammed and I wanted to talk to some one else,supposedly done one else got on the phone but shortly after we were disconnected and when I called after 9 no one answered,mysteriously there’s no mes and no place to leave a mes so I think I def got scammed but I will b calling tom over and over from various #s to try and c what’s up,I’ve already checked reviews..bad bad and scam is what’s listed about this #,already tried a reverse look up but nothing came up,I would not call this # or answer this #,I will update the post tom to confirm,I will wait until tom but I’m sure I will b reporting this #,google needs to remove it,these scams need to stop,criminals need to b cought smfh prosicuted to the fullest extent of the law..

They posed themselves as Apple tech support. Not Apple at all! (Call centre) reported by


Actually they didn’t call me, I called them because I was looking for assistance with an apple product. But when the man (Indian) answered it didn’t seem right so I asked him a series of questions at which he became very irritated. So I advised him that he was being ignorant and hung up... He then proceeded to call my phone numerous times until I answered he then called me out of name and hung up. When I called back to report it to a manager, that person did the same as the other person did, and hung up. When I finally got to a real apple support person I reported that there is a company posing as Apple Tech Support. Do not call this number and certainly do not answer if you receive a call from them! Not Apple or tech support... FYI. Apple said they are mostly phishing and trying to steal your information! Thanks

This was labelled as an iTunes Help desk, I phoned for help (Call centre) reported by


I phoned this number, as labelled an iTunes help desk number.. I phoned, the customer service was RUDE++!! Initially they were fine, verifying my name and ID number, then they asked me for my credit card number, I said no. Then they proceeded to hang up on me x4. I phoned back a 5th time, asking to speak to the complaints department and was told no. I phoned another actual Apple help desk number, where they did not recognize this number.
