They had my name and car info already. Tried hard to get over the phone payment for supposed over due property tax. I had already paid my property tax. Block this number.

This number has called me at the same time every day for the last two weeks. I finally decided to call the number back. Normally, when you call "Kia Finance" you listen to the automated options so they can direct you to the right agent. When I called this number, it went directly through to an "agent." The woman on the other end immediately asked me for my full social number (Kia has never done this) and was asking me how to spell my name. Kia has your name on file that is associated with your phone number on your account, they should never ask you to spell it. The woman was very pushy and proceeded to ask me for more personal information such as my DOB etc. I hung up and did not give any information. Block this number if it calls you.

Some guy call who sounded Indian. Stated he was from Kia Finance and needed to collect property tax. I told him he could send me a bill and I don’t give payment over the phone. He read my address to me. Then told me he needed to get a partial payment and I then hung up on him. Called Kia and my account and property tax are all fine. These people are scammers. Don’t give them info!!

She asked several times if I would pay now by credit card. I told her it’s added to the bill. It was a lady with an Indian accent. She said she would send me a bill in the mail- she read me my address: I told her I would pay the taxes when it’s on my billing statement. She asked by what day I would pay again. I hung up on her and blocked her number.

Call about property taxes on my lease kia. (Financial services) reported by


She said she calling to collect property taxes on my lease kia. First thing she said was that she would take payment over phone. Call kia and they were not aware of any property taxs.

Same thing. Said they were trying to collect property taxes from an old Kia of mine. Told them I wouldn’t pay over the phone and to send me a bill. Immediately called Kia Auto Finance who told me that I had no property taxes outstanding.
