Seems to be a debt collector. Hung up after notification that the call was being recorded and confirmed that I wasn't the person nor did I know that person. They were well mannered and clear on information they were seeking, Even apologized for disturbing me.

this is midland collections company. they refuse to answer who they are and they kept saying that me calling them is a personal matter and again refused to answer who they are or what they do. when i asked to speak to a supervisor i was put on hold for more than 10 mins. finally i got tired of waiting and hung up
