Dell Support called get me to website to enter my info (Scam call) reported by


Dell support called me to get me to go to a web site to enter in my personal info. I just wasted the guy's time by continually misunderstanding the site he told me to enter. Then he got a woman, he said a support manager, to talk. I did the same thing to her. Eventually, she asked me if I was crazy. I told her she was an **** and I hung up the phone. The guy called me back and was chuckling. He said he wanted to kill me and that I should go to the top of my roof and jump off. I said this was the rudest dell support call I've ever had. Then he said to stop wasting his time. I said 'if you didn't want me to waste your time, why did you call me back? That's called stupidity.' And then they hung up.
