this number keeps calling and leaving silent voicemails. so I call it back, it was a lady and she says hello and I said this number keeps calling my phone then she hangs up on me! it sounded like she was sitting in her living room, I heard a TV in the background! If she keeps calling I'm going to keep calling her.

I called them every 15 seconds until they quit answering. (Like 5 calls). Now, better idea. Everybody make it a point to call them several times a day. Let's let them know what it is like. It will also tie up their lines.

Yeah!

DNC list is great but is impossible to enforce. Poor gov effort to placate the consumer. Phone service providers should pay the fines. I bet that will get them motivated to at least protect against phone number highjacking ..... :(
