Called me twice claiming a civil case was being filed against me in regards to an old bank account of mine. Gave me the account number. I called the bank and was told by them that they had no records of any issue with my name or that account number.

This was a good scam, got a call from 310 329 1159 and they told me to call the 844 870 9804 in regards to a "Cival" matter. Even gave me a case number for reference. Yep the got my last 4 of my ss number before I started asking questions. The black chick by the name of Mrs Harris told me she was from paralegal service group. 3960 howard hughes parkway. Couldn't get the city or state from her. She just kept asking if I could pay the balance as to stop the check system process. She gave up, hung up after I wouldn't give her anymore info. Shady b

Wachovia scam (Scam call) reported by Nicole
Someone called telling me I had an old delinquent account from 2008 with Wachovia and if I did not make a payment or arrangement they would freeze my account. They asked alot of personal questions which I did not answer, but I did gove the last 4 of my social as they said it was needed to look into my account and see what was going on.
