SUNRISE COLLECTION for SPECTRUM (Debt collector) reported by Gracie
9 May 2024. SUNRISE. Very AGGRESSIVE & HOSTILE debt collector for Spectrum. I paid my bill but it had not yet posted to my account. Interrupted me as I attempted to explain. VERY ANTAGONISTIC.

Not good at all! Tried to collect on a debt that WAS NOT lawfully owed because the service provider -- Spetrum -- DID NOT provide propper Service -- and then the Collection Agency -- Sunrise Credit Service, Inc. tried to go after a bill that WAS NOT lawfully owed -- the last two bills -- because Soectrum had been providing proper service and over-charging me -- when I had drawn this to Spectrum's attention for many months -- and they did not do ANYRHING about it! And, this collection agencydid not seen allow me my rights of disputing the last two bills -- when I could have gone after Spectrum for a lot more for not only inadequate services, but that they called at ALL hours of the night for promotional reasons and for reasons of collecting a bill that WAS NOT even due yet! Then the collection agency argues with me when I refuaed to pay my last bill, when I could have demabded more back from Spectrum -- which is also unlawful for the collection agency to do! This, in and of itself will even invalidate a lawful sebt owed! but, and unlawfully owed debit in this case, it makes the collection agency NOT lawfully able to go after the debit ALL THESE THINGS by their Spectrum's collection agency and Spectrum are unlawful by Collection Laws -- both Federal and State!
